• Outreach Marketing: These flyers can be used to promote the unique features and amenities of the property to attract potential residents.

These pre-designed flyers streamline the process of creating professional and eye-catching marketing materials, ensuring effective communication with residents and prospective tenants alike.

Custom Design

Custom Designs can be anything you want them to be! When ordering Custom Designs, you have the freedom to specify your preferred design elements in the order notes box during checkout. If additional clarification is needed, the Creative Services team will contact you via email to ensure your design requirements are fully understood and met.

Newsletters

Newsletters highlight community events for the upcoming month. After placing your order on the Creative Services website, you will receive an email with the file, allowing you to add your note to residents and complete your calendar. This email will also include final processing instructions for printing and closing your order. Please note that newsletters must be approved by the regional manager before they can be sent to print.

Business Cards

Business Cards are tailored to reflect the identity of the property. Once you place your order, we will send you a proof for your approval. After you have reviewed and approved the design, Creative Services will arrange for outsourced printing. Please note that this process may require a bit more time compared to standard in-house printing orders.

Campaign Items

• Inside Sales Sheet (ISS) – Provides details on community and apartment amenities, floor plans, and includes a section for notes. Distributed to prospective residents during property visits.
• Outreach Flyer – Highlights community and apartment amenities, features a map, and floor plans. Dispersed throughout the community to generate interest and encourage prospective residents to visit the property.
• Be Back Card – Given to prospective residents post-property tour, offering an incentive (e.g., $100 off first month’s rent) to encourage application.
• Door Hanger – Used to incentivize current residents to refer friends, family, and co-workers to apply. Offers rewards such as $100 off their next month’s rent upon a successful lease signing by the referral.
• Merchant Referral – Provided to local businesses, incentivizing their customers to tour the property and sign a lease. Includes an offer like $100 off the first month’s rent upon returning the card and signing a new lease. There is also an incentive provided to the merchant, but that is not printed on the card.
• Resident Referral – Encourages current residents to refer potential residents. Offers a reward, such as $100 off their next month’s rent, when their referral signs a lease.
• Folder Labels – Includes your logo, phone number, and website.
• Gift Bag Labels – Includes your logo, phone number, and website.
• Water Bottle Labels – Includes your logo, phone number, and website.
