You may have noticed some new items in our Creative Services shop. They are not the fun party invitations and campaigns you may be used to. However, they are useful and necessary in today’s world of social distancing.
A cost-effective way to remind residents about the 6 feet apart rule in common areas (ie. clubhouse, leasing office, laundry rooms, hallways, etc.) is to place floor decals on the floor. You can order these for title/hard surface flooring, as well as carpet.
‘Another item you may find useful is a rug or floor mat. If you prefer a more “movable” option, a floor mat/rug is the way to go! These can easily be moved from one room to another and serve a purpose for people to wipe their feet and not track in dirt! These can also be ordered for indoor or outdoor use. Just make sure you specify that when placing your order. Also remember, if you ever see a design somewhere else that you like that isnt in our store, just let us know and we can recreate it!
Lastly, you will see a lot of new COVID-19 bandit signs and posters in our shop. These can all be ordered to your property colors and brand. If you prefer to not have a bright red NOTICE, just mention it in the “additional notes” section at checkout.
